Roosen Mechatronica assembles finished products or sub-assemblies (possibly in clean room). This can be by means of mechanical assembly and/or electrical assembly, where pneumatic assembly is also a possibility. After assembly follows extensive functional testing and packaging.

• From planning, orders are displayed at the workstation.
• Thanks to the link with the ERP system RidderIQ, all order information is available.
• The appropriate drawings can be called up directly from the touch screen screens.
• Of course, each employee can indicate whether or not they can work on the order.
• If an order standstill is chosen, the correct help can be requested via a simple button.
• Ready reporting of order via smart.box = automatic ready reporting in RidderIQ.
• Through the monitor, everyone can track whether all orders “flow” through the organization and make adjustments as needed.
