Rescheduling one order in ERP is easy, but planning and replanning hundreds or even thousands of orders can be a huge task. That is why we have developed a smart planning tool that perfectly time-maps all your orders in relation to capacity.
Instead of planning in an often incomprehensible and cumbersome ERP system, we opt for visual and interactive planning. This enables you to instantly see the impact of changing an operation’s start date on all related (open) operations. Thanks to the visual display, communication and coordination between planning and production is much easier and faster.
You plan orders outside the ERP system and “simulate” the planning actions. If everyone agrees to the changes, the changes are automatically implemented in ERP at the push of a button.
Instead of manual visual planning, our application can handle this task autonomously. An algorithm calculates and schedules the best plan based on all constraints and variables. While planners can still make adjustments, up to 95% of the process is automated. Additionally, much of the knowledge of “planning rules” is stored in the system, rather than relying on the human brain and experience.
